Includes exclusive dealing and non-disclosure provisions. Payment will be applied to flat rate Dental Practice Sale price if you go forward with the purchase. Legal consultation and documentation for a partnership agreement for two or more dental practitioners sharing the same office. Income, expenses and assets can be shared equally, shared prorata to production or collections, or allocated separately to the individual practitioners. Includes buyout arrangements on retirement, loss of license, disability or death. Note: separate professional corporations or PLLCs for each partner are suggested to avoid personal liability for the acts and omissions of other partners and employees.
